Inspiring recipes
My husband and I went over to the Roseland, a stones throw from where we live, and we happened upon this venue called ' the hidden hut' it was a cold day so my husband had a home made soup and I had a cake and some hot chocolate. We were impressed with the food they served there and then we noticed the book was on sale there. My husband bought a copy for me as an early Christmas present. The book is beautifully photographed and the recipes are almost all things we would like to cook and eat. The ethos of the hidden hut is restaurant quality food can be enjoyed outside, on the beach. There is a section about cooking over fire. It's definitely a book to keep on the coffee table to browse and gain inspiration. Can't wait for the warmer days to try some on an open fire we have made outdoors. I mentioned the book to my brother who is an avid cook himself, and as his birthday was coming up on Boxing Day, decided to buy him a copy. Having seen the book here on EBay, I purchased a copy and the seller was happy to post direct to my brother. It was sent out in plenty of time. Thank you.
