    I was looking forward to reading this book and was not disappointed although I did have to concentrate hard in some of the sections as it is full of information that is quite technical The author comes across as really sincere in his endeavour to supply the correct information and I learned a lot and got some really useful tips to carry forward

    Worth a go to live healthy

    The book arrived in pristine condition even though it was not new. The science of the diet takes up a lot of the book. But it does explain in great detail how it works with the body. Even though I am vegitarian the diet is more vegan and I think I will find it restricting because I love eggs and cheese. Having said that I will give it a go it will be worth the benefits avoiding heart decease cancer and diabetes to mention a few
