Vit K - if over 30yrs take some with Vit D - it’s winter we need all the help we can get.
Vit K - if you’re over 30yrs old and taking Vit D you need Vit K to help with absorption. It’s also fab for the heart too. I ran out and really noticed how much I lacking I was in Vit D. This product is a very good price and I couldn’t live without it.
