Good machine
Good machine for abs and triceps. Could be sld for about £10 less, but its OK. It is good for abs. It could be a little firmer when tightened to maximum level, but I would highly recommend it. It is light and easy to use. I would ask that you make the print on the instruction paper a little bit bigger so it can be more easily read. Bad quality
One of the bars on my one squeaks every time I use it and the padding around the top moves so when you try to do any arm workout you just slip straight off of it. Lightweight easy set up
Multiple exercise programmes aimed at all aspects of body development . Lightweight and easy to set up I've had no real issues with this product . Only small gripe was initially machine was very squeaky but after some WD40 application the noise eventually disappeared. smart core exercise machine
Very pleased; I'm 65, retired and was in danger of just walking and sitting. With this I can start the day fighting back, for 12 minutes or so at the moment, may increase, may not but I emerge into the day, feeling arm muscles responding and at least I'm fighting back. Too early to see physical change but it's not about that for me. Wonder core abs workoout
good piece of equipment mine squeaks but I think I got unlucky as a friend has one and doesn't squeak. I bought this for New Year exercise programme and it's ideal. Easy to use, and so much cheaper than buying on the TV channel. It's strong and sturdy and takes up very little space in my lounge. Fun workout

Feels good after you get down to it
Having to use this item on the floor, I have difficulty getting down and getting up, in order to work my abs. I work my legs by sitting on a chair, so that is alright, however my main reason for purchasing this item was for my abs.
