I started exercising with this dvd and I found the exercise and instructions to be really good and entertaining. It's low impact exercise. I recommend it!!!

For the first time in my life I hit 13 stone. This was following a period of reduced activity following a fall in which I fractured my spine. I swim twice a week but having osteoporosis, realise that I need to do some aerobic exercise as well. I don't have time to go to a class so looked at exercise DVD's in the shops. There were so many to choose from I came away without one. Then I saw Tricia Penrose - Before and After Body Blitz recommended in the Healthy magazine. Someone told me it was also recommended in the Which magazine. I bought it on ebay and am delighted with it. I looked at the before picture of Tricia and saw myself. Hopefully I will manage the after one too. The exercises are not too difficult, no special equipment is needed, and can be built up as and when you are ready for it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to get fitter or wanting to lose weight. Tricia lost it quite dramatically. I bought this dvd because it sounded exactly like me 11 stone wanting to shrink to 9 stone. the sections in the dvd are really good warm up, fat burner, double fat burner, top section, bottom section and cool down. I watched it for the first time the moves are quite hard to get used to at first but a few more watches ill probably get the hang of it. A chapter i was disappointed not to see was a section of what she ate over the three months she lost the weight, for a guide what to eat. But overall it is a ok dvd people who go to aerobics in there spare time would find it alot easyer to follow, because some of the moves.
This is a great fitness dvd. It is easy to learn. Little skill needed. Broken down into sections so you can do the bits you need / have time for / or just like best. Excercises don't need too much room - average size lounge will do. Only complaint the introduction a bit long winded - but you can skip that bit. I bought it as I wanted a new fitness dvd and this one didn't disappoint.
Amazing workout dvd, my friend has been using this for 3 months with no dieting and has lost 2 stone, so my turn now. Easy to follow instructions, and fairly easy exercise's. Great if you've not exercised for a while.
