Fast for great Weight Loss
This DVD surprised me! I own lots of Leslie's DVDs, but this one is truly her best! It's non stop action and doesn't break between miles, which I love. And there are many different kinds of steps which really work the entire body. Leslie talks about posture and exactly how to hold yourself and gives many more great tips about our health. She does a little bit of talking to her group of walkers, but not much. What I also love is there's many older women in this and a 72 year old man which gives me inspiration! I am 66 and I love keeping up with the Super Challenge 4 mile walk, which is 60 minutes. This also has a Walk and Jog which I loved too, 30 minutes. And lastly, the Muscle Mile One, 20 minutes, really tones the upper body. The cool down is better in this DVD because the music is soothing and the stretching is a bit longer. You will love this DVD and by the way, I've lost weight since I've begun exercising with Walk Away the Pounds Intensity Walk. You can't go wrong with this DVD!
