A really handy feature, that isn't even mentioned in it's documentation, is that the power connector is a mini USB port and the adapter that comes with it gives an output of 5 Volts at 1 Amp. This means that you can power the switch by connecting it to any standard USB port. So if you are installing it near a computer, connect a spare USB port to the switch's power and you don't need to find anywhere to plug the power adapter in. The D-Link Green feature where it automatically adjusts the power used to transmit the data depending on how long the Ethernet cable is, means you dont need to worry about it overheating either. All in all an absolute bargain.
