The quality it’s excellent, the instructions are hopeless, just blurred pictures on the box. This handle is a replacement for the current one which has seized locks as it’s the old bad design with the locks on the top that allow rainwater to rust up the locks. This replacement however is a better product as the locks are now on the bottom. I took the old one off and the rusty washers that had rusted and stained the motorhome as they had been put on the motorhome side of the soft rubber protection plate on the outside protecting the mh from the metal brackets. The instructions don’t say where to put the washers so I have not used them. I have had to reuse the rusty screws as the new replacements are not long enough to go through the motorhome wall to even reach the new handle. Actual handle is good as it’s not rusty like the old.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well made and worth it.
Our old caravan had one fitted when we bought it and my wife has difficulty walking unaided and she found it a godsend for getting in and out of the van. We changed caravan not long ago so I fitted a new one to that with the aid of Milenco's adapter kit. These are well made, the surface finish stayed bright and perfect and the locks never mess you about.
