Great for taking the extra weight of towing or heavy loads!
If your rear suspension bottoms out when towing and with a full boot these are a good inexpensive answer to the problem. Stiffer rear springs might be better but not for the financial outlay.

Spring assisters
Reduced the amount of rear suspension drop by about an inch of my Honda civic tourer. Fairly quick to install and remove. Reduces the upwards pitch attitude when towing a caravan. When driving normally and installed, they don't feel overly firm.
