A fine tool
This is the second one I have bought - not because the first failed, but because it worked so well I bought the second as a gift for a friend. I love the fact that it removes bottom brackets from either end of the price range!! Beware though - some very high end Campag brackets don't use this system. Always refit the crank bolt to keep the tool firmly on the cups and make sure it is fully engaged, but as soon as the cup moves, make sure the tool has the freedom to move backwards as the cup unthreads. And remember, as viewed from sitting in the saddle, left hand cup has right hand thread and right hand cup has a left hand thread. Use a large adjustable spanner on the tool (it has a large A/F) or put it in a strongly held vice and rotate the frame around it.

Quality tool that performs well
Nicely finished and perfect for the job. The tool has a quality look and feel to it. The FAG bottom bracket cups are plastic, so without the correct tool thay can easily be damaged.
