Handsfree kit
Wanted to make sure I'm safe and legal while driving but didn't want to spend a fortune. Tried a similar product but the microphone was in the bit that plugged into the power socket which meant I couldn't be heard by the caller. This one however is brilliant, I was able to attach it to the A pillar and very easily run the power cable behind the internal trim. Now when someone calls icon be heard clearly. It's simple to use too. I have my phone's Bluetooth on & paired to automatically connect to the car kit. Through stereo preset radio button 6 is tuned to the empty frequency that the car kit is set to transmit on so if I receive a call all I have to do is select radio programme 6 and press the green button on the car kit. Not bad considering its price.
Setting up was easy, it connects to car and phone very easily. The sound is good quality and it even say hi when you start it up, which is a nice touch. However because it uses RF to connect to your car stereo it can become affected by external influences (only a little but enough to affect the sound quality for a brief period). It also doesn’t light the buttons up, so using it in the dark is a pain. All in all it’s a decent bit of kit for the price, but it’s not perfect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A brilliant product

Not bad, however...
Ok, this product for the price is not totally bad, however hence sound through the radio is good on the other side of the call it is really difficult to understand what person in the car saying. Sound like it caching all sort of sound, wind, engine, some squeaks and wheeze but not much human voice. Basically you have to really raise your voice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

USB Charger
With that price should come with its usb charger, I had to buy usb charger separetely. Glue on the back of the magnetic plastic that hold the transmiter were in very poor condition. Reasonable price and very easy to fit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Pretty good
Works as stated for the most part, the only issue I have is the skip button doesn’t always work as should, it often goes backward or works in a haphazard way. Bluetooth at a budget
I hope the title of my review doesn't put anyone off as I meant it in a positive way! It's a really great device that allows me to stream music without annoying cables. My car has bluetooth but only for calls (silly and frustrating) so having this to stream music is a perfect add-on and at a cost you can't complain. Sound quality is great as well... worked well in my mk5 golf standard radio
I just plugged it in and tuned it into the radio 87.5 fm connected my phone using blue tooth, it found it straight away rang my daughter it worked fine she rang me back worked fine i stuck it down with the self adhesive backing near my power socket as i don't like messy wires and the built in microphone seems to pick my voice up ok from this position. You have to have the radio tuned in to the selected channel to receive calls if you are already playing music through your phone you just press green button to answer if you are listening to the radio you need to select the phone channel and then press green button to answerVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Better than expected
This fm transmitter works better than expected as ive bought a few recently that the sound quality wasnt great but this one gets rid of the radio static and is very quick at responding with the phone, changing tracks or connecting to the phone once switched on.
