This set includes the gasket, flange, down pipe, and bolts that are needed in order to secure the oxygen sensors for the catalytic converter. It is designed to fit Nissan Altimas that have a 2.5 liter engine, including those built from 2004 through 2006. Part worked fine, mortifications needed for heat shields

Does not fit 2006 Altima S properly as advertised
Although it can sort of be made to fit, it isn't a direct fit for 2006 Altima S as advertised. One of three heat shields fits with bolt hole enlargement, one requires significant shaping and new holes drilled, and one is a complete mismatch. The bottom is supposed to bolt to a flange on the transmission for rigidity but will not without making a new flange. Overall length is shorter causing misalignment with the tailpipe connection. The tailpipe connector is larger diameter than the original. Welds of the exhaust pipes to the manifold plate extend into the exhaust stream, shrinking the exhaust diameters and likely would cause back pressure and reduced power.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Fit Except for heat shield
This does not come with a heat shield. You need to use your existing heat shield and the upper shield does not line up with the holes or design. It took serious modifications to the heat shield to make it fit. Overall it does its job.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
