Full set of door cards for a Type 1 Classic VW Beetle (1950 - 1979) (please state what year on ordering) This kit includes: 2 x Front door cards 2 x Wheel arch cards We have been manufacturing and supplying these panel kits to the trade and public since 2001 and are made with the best materials in mind for the application. These panels are the best on the market and are made from 3.6mm WBP moisture resistant plywood. We can manufacture from any material poplar, maple and oak veneered ply etc. Please mail for a quote. We can also manufacture these kits for any vehicle configuration. They have been designed using original templates so a perfect fit is guaranteed, and also been pre drilled to accept the original VW fixing clips. The panels are cut on our in house CNC machines so a perfect fit every time.

Everything was perfect apart from the important bit where the door card fitting the door. It’s about 20mm off and the placement of the handle and window winder are displaced
