I already have the strictly come dancersize with Erin & Karen and the steps are easier in this DVD and more fun - I love the African section especially, it's better than everything else. I can't get the reverse angle to work though whch is the only reason I've given this less than top marks.
i like all the dance routines found them easy to follow and effective at making muscles work found the salsa routine hard to keep up with but will persevere as enjoy doing routines they are good fun the tango tone section is particularly good .exercise thats enjoyable who would have thought it .
Puts fun back into exercise. Would recommend I have rated this as good as it is one of the best i have seen. I have bought a few dvd's over the years Will (hopefully) use everyday
