Stirring Stuff!
It is quite a substantial stirrer and keeps your fingers well away from the pan. It might be a little chunky for small hands. It is well made and well finished, without any coating or varnish, which would have been a bad feature. Best one yet
This is an excellent , well made quality product. Very impressed, it's better than I expected too. It's replacing my old much used, (and loved) one. As it was some years old, as with most things I expected the newer one to be 'flimsier and less 'robust', but this is the best one I've had so far. Good quality spurtle!
I was given a wooden spurtle as a gift more than 30 years ago. I still continue to use it to this day, not only for porridge but for anything that needs stirring on the hob. Spurtle are very usful in stirring thicker sunstances - most popular use in this household is in making porridge. This item serves this purpose very well.
