A riveting story of desperation and what one man will do to help his family set in the days after perestroika. The film is superbly acted and the decisions faced by the characters are a means to the end. This film was broadcast on HBO for a limited run and sadly HBO does not archive or sell their produced films on their website. It was a little challenge to find it, but ebay is were it was found, ordered and delivered.
