Young Mel and Mark have been left in charge of a small Toy Shop after their grandfather's death, but they only have three years to make it successful or the city will take over. Each year is divided into four quarters during which gamers can choose to just make toys, run the store, or take over the entire business operation, and each month of the year features a signature event, such as Christmas or Halloween, that will affect the number of customers. Players can design and sell more than 30 toys, including teddy bears, action figures, and board games, and as the shop becomes more successful gamers can open larger stores throughout town. On the business side of things, players must adjust prices and stock based on customer mood, budget, and buying habits, as well as ensure repeat business and good word-of-mouth by providing excellent service. The stylus-based action will put gamers in contact with more than ten different characters, including the mayor, and bring players to six locations throughout town, like the town square, the commercial district, and the beach.Product Identifiers
