Arguably too early to comment as time will tell if truly up to the mark (...and I hope I never have to find out!). Installation & pairing reasonably straightforward. Main reason for buying was pairing ability - no good having an alarm going off downstairs if you can't hear it so fact that it will set off all paired alarms elsewhere in house seems like a really good idea. Only concern I have is that the battery is not replaceable. This was clear at the outset - and it is supposed to last 10 years, so as long as it does it shouldn't be regarded as a major issue. (I think you are meant to replace any battery powered alarm after roughly that time anyway).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
