PITCO FRYER 35C+, 45C+ & OTHER MODELS. This valve is used on various models of Pitco fryer that have the GS thermostats fitted. This is a type 7000 BGOR valve with a thermocouple type split magnet. The mains gas in and out is 3/4" BSP which can be reduced down to 1/2" using the bushes provided.
