Links Championship Edition is actually Links 2001 repackaged, along with the Links Expansion Pack, four new courses, the Arnold Palmer Course Designer, and the course converter that was absent from the original release but eventually made available via download. In addition to the five original Links 2001 courses, an additional four have been added: Royal Melbourne Golf Club, Oakmont Country Club, Frankfurter Golf Club, and the Judge Course at Capitol Hill, the latter from Robert Trent Jones' Alabama Trail.<br><br>The Links Expansion Pack includes Thanksgiving Point, the Canyons Course at Bighorn, Pelican Hill, and Banff Springs, bringing the total number of available courses in the release to 13. The original five courses in Links 2001 include Westfields Golf Club, Four Seasons Resort Aviara, Chateau Whistler, the Prince Course at Princeville Resort, and Mesa Roja. The course converter makes 36 previously released courses for prior iterations of the program now available for play.<br><br>Virtual golfers can play as or against Annika Sorenstam, Sergio Garcia, Mike Weir, Hidemichi Tanaka, Keith Clearwater, or Arnold Palmer. A variety of amateur golfers are provided and players can create a golfer from scratch. Three swing types include Classic (two- or three-click), Easy Swing, and PowerStroke. Adjustable course conditions (wind, green speed, firmness, pin positions), multiple modes of play, various gameplay options, a mail-in rebate offer for original owners of Links 2001, and the Arnold Palmer Course Designer complete the package.Product Identifiers

Still going strong.
