Good alternative to Vintage Tele bridge
Being a self-confessed Tele addict I've tried most variations on the Vintage Tele Bridge and always returned to the original version. However I tend to cut my knuckles on the sides of the original so decided to try this out. The Gotoh is solid apart from the screws that attach the bridge saddles which have a cross head screw which are difficult to turn when the guitar is tuned up. I tried two different cross heads and in the end had to de-tune to guitar to intone the strings. Used a small flat head in the end. Gotoh should invest in either good ol' flat head screws or a decent cross head for bridge adjustment. The bridge saddles are a clever design which means the bridge remains parallel. I do like the open design but please change those bridge adjustment screws.

Does just what I wanted it to enable me to do (palm mute the low E string) without any loss of tone. Well made and easy to install replacement for the trad tele ash tray bridge plate.
