These can be used to replace Defender and Discovery 2 models fitted with the catalytic converter too, but please be aware with changing MOT requirements this may affect your emissions, resulting in your vehicle failing its test. We therefore only recommend these for off road use when replacing a catalytic converter. Made from 1.5mm 409 stainless steel, this carries a 10 year guarantee. These are made to considerably outlast the life of the original system. 409 is ideally suited for automotive exhaust systems as its easier to bend and weld, and is not prone to cracking due to vibration unlike other grades of stainless steel.
