BBC meets Indiana Jones....
Strangely, whilst watching this, I had flashbacks of watching it at a much earlier time....almost as if I had seen it before....the room glowed, maybe just a little, as I settled down with a small glass of wine and watched the adventures unfold.....thoughts of the later 'Time Team' flashing in front of glints of memories shining across the teardrops of lost emotion. The BBC didn’t commission any more series which is surprising given the content: perhaps the viewers didn’t engage as much as they would have done given that the central focus is on archaeology.
