Looks great but doesn't comply with Building Regs !!
Wonderful item aesthetically EXCEPT it does NOT meet Building Regs !!! Why would they manufacture such a thing when it doesn't comply ?! Mortified as we now have to have another extract in the room to compensate and pass BR.
