    Machine great. Vintage box in really bad shape.

    I would rate this product as a 3.5. With 4 being better than expected, and 3 being It's OK, it falls in the middle. The machine is in great condition. The vintage box was held together with old scotch tape, which was not disclosed in the listing. The machine was in a bubble wrap bag in the box. The lever under the feed dogs poked through that bag and through the front of the box. Would have just taken a screwdriver to move the lever. Shipped promptly.

    Sewing machine box is vintage and therefore already worn and fragile as disclosed and expected. However, the sewing machine inside was not packed carefully (no protective material) and the thread spool rod poked a big hole through the already fragile box.

    Cute authentic child sewing machine

    This Singer 20 sewing machine for children is accompanied with a very complete and easy to follow manual. A wonderful to introduce a young person in your like to your love of sewing. Included is a clamp to secure the sewing machine to a table. All parts are original: 1955 Singer model 20 steel sewing machine, clamp, colorful Singer instructional guide, tool to insert needle, and an extra needle. The original box is damaged on one side and is when, but included. Highly recommended educational, fun, and creative activity for children.
