Fixed my issue
My VCR mechanics worked poorly and the VCR started chewing tapes, replacing this belt fixed the issue completely.

Great quality
The product plays a wide range of videos, although I needed a converter to view PAL tapes on an NTSC monitor. The only issue is the stuck tape flap, but as long as I remember to hold it to eject the tape, all is well.
