Sweet amp and a great value
There are many great values in the used market for amps. I was using a well reviewed class D amp and decided I really don't care for the sound of class D. All of them I have heard run a tiny bit on the cool side. I prefer the slight warm touch that most Class A/B amps have. I have an HCA1000a as well and that is a great amp and value. The 1500 is a little smoother on top and has a touch more power, not a lot but I prefer it over the 1000. For the money it cant be beat
