Great Pan to Cook with and Great Price
I have used this pan for about 3 weeks now and really love it. It has one of the best non-stick coatings I have ever seen. Cooks evenly and cleans up like a breeze. I hand wash it but it cleans up so easily. I also really like the extra helper handle opposite the long handle. This makes it very easy to move from place to place without spilling or dropping. Cook surface is practically indestructible
I left my old pan on the oven on low one night, the smoke alarm woke me up at 2am. The pan was black. Much to my surprise, I cleaned it all up and the pan still worked! Non stick surface was compromised, but it still worked okay with Canola oil or butter. I used it for another year and when the chance to buy an NOS pan came up on ebay, I bought it. Perfect pan no sticking.
Works perfect but remember to oil it first, season it, only us medium heat on it. Never sticks. Need to season it twice a year for perfect results. To season it, smear veg oil with your fingers on the surface then heat till you see smoke from the pan. Turn it off let it cool then wipe out with paper towel. Ogreenic, the best skillet I ever owned.
As I told the person who filled my request for the skillet, this skillet is perfect. It is everything as advertised. I originally bought the skillet for myself at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. My daughter and son-in-law visited me. My son-in-law used the skillet and said it was the best he had every used, so I gave it to him. I purchased another one from BB&B. My other daughter and son-in-law visited, used the skillet and said it was the best he had ever used, so I gave HIM the skillet. After they left, I called BB&B and they no longer had the skillet. I was devastated. After searching and searching the internet, I found it. I ordered it, and it came promptly. It was then that I realized I had purchased it through eBay. Great pans for little money!
They work great, they dont last forever but for 20 bucks you just get a new one after a few years. You can cook using much less oil (I wouldnt recommend using none at all) and cleanup is much easier. It is VERY important that you do NOT use metal cooking utensils with ceramic pans and do NOT rub them during cleaning with hard hard brushes or abrasive sponges. If you did manage to get something to stick and burn on put some water and soap into the pan and let it soak, then using a soft brush or sponge clean it up, if you scuff up the material with metal tools or hard scrubbing then the food will stick to it afterwards. Basically its like this: for 20 bucks you get an awesome tool, if you dont scratch or damage the coating and if you dont burn it by using too much heat for the food you are cooking the tool will last you a long time and make your life easier, if you do damage it the tool is cheap to replace.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Love my Orgreenic Skillet
So glad I could replace my old and MUCH used Orgreenic Skillet with a new one. I just seasoned and used it for the first time and I love it just as much as I loved my original one. Great pan
I have the smaller version and wanted to try the 12 in pan since the one I have is very good. The 12 in is also very good. It gives even heat and nothing sticks. I would recommend this pan to anyone. Just wish you could use it with a convection burner.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works well

Very nice pans.
I have two 8" fry pans, that I have used for 2 yrs. now, and they are both in A-1 condition, after being use almost everyday. I have not used the 12" yet, but can only assume that I will still be using it for at least the same amount of time.
