Good product
Seems to be working fine. Doesn’t seem to harden at all, so it’s always soft and the colour is gray. It’s water resistant and was easy to apply. So far no traces of rodents although it has only been 2 weeks since I applied it. It’s also important to fill every small gap and not only the larger ones. Because a small mouse does only need a small hole like the thickness of a pen to get thru. And they will always try to find new holes or gaps to get thru.
