I felt a 2-guage gas regulator for this price was good value, if it worked as expected. As I am replacing disposable gas bottles on my hobby MIG welder, I do not need a high gas flow, just plenty of adjustability at low pressure. I've only used this regulator a few times so far, but it appears to work well and lets me adjust the gas much easier than my disposable bottle valve. Also being able to see how much gas pressure is still in the bottle means I don't get a nasty surprise half-way through an urgent welding project. My only comment on the regulator is that the length of the gas bottle fitting to the regulator body is quite long, and for a small gas bottle, the weight of the regulator hanging over the side of the bottle makes it very unstable and likely to topple onto the regulator with the slightest tap. As long as you restrain the gas bottle so it cannot toppe then it is not too much of an issue.Read full review
