OK, works, but...
This works and does as it says, shame about the poor quality. Can hardly hear for static type sound, thought it might be because of short thin lead between the recorder and phone, but having swopped it for a normal BT supplied lead, no improvement in quality. Frustrating

Peace of mind and back up.
Small, easy to set up and easy to use. The only thing I would change is the length of the supplied UK leads. I have mine set up with a DECT wireless phone and the lead from the phone base to the recorder is approx 10 inches. It is un-shielded this means that the recorder is very close to the base and has a lot of interference on the recording. Might work for you but might not!
Pros. It now works really well. But. Cons. It would not work with the supplied leads and following the instructions. I only managed to get it working while trying out various cables and telephone adapters. There is no customer support and the manual has no trouble shooting or fault finding help in it at all. Does not work with BT Advanced Call Blocker system
The DTR4 initially worked for 3 calls but then was no longer recording incoming calls. During playback of calls, DTR4 was indicating that calls had been recorded but was then showing 'No call records' when attempting playback. Also the forward and backward facility on playback was malfunctioning. The system software dated 2016, requires upgrading or being entirely rewritten. VERY DISAPPOINTED in DTR4 product and the associated User Manual: 2 sheets of A4 - little details on setup and no advice on max capacity of SD CARD.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

As an answering machine it may be OK but for recording calls it does OK but the LCD display is set up mainly for use as an answering machine parts of the display are unreadable as they are too small to see without a magnifying glass.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

this recorder works off a landline in which it can even pick up all sides a conversation and back round sounds. sim 8 - 32GB rated for use, its all so works on 2GB.
