Good simple landline 'phone without frills, big buttons and loud ringer, easy to wall mount or move around
I was very happy with this phone as it was needed as a simple supplement for two mobiles and to replace a very old landline phone that had broken (wiring came away, some functions no longer worked). It wall mounts and is neat, but it also can be freestanding and can be moved around (we purchased a phone extension cable too). It can be put in the hallway where it can be heard all over the house (loud ringer) and then picked up and moved to any room with ease to sit and take the call. It has big buttons for easy dialling and NO frills..such as number display or speaker phone, directory etc but this means it doesn't need a battery and is easy to use for our purposes..we needed a phone we could hear from all over the house and this is it at a great low cost. It would also be good for older people or hard of hearing or with sight issues as buttons big.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I bought this phone to use as an extension phone. It suits the purpose and works well. You can dial numbers from it and it has a redial facility. I wouldn't purchase it as a main house phone - it has no caller id and no facility to store phone numbers. In fact no additional facilities at all. The phone works well and is clearly fit for purpose, particularly if you have a hearing problem due to the volume of the ring tone. However we cannot complain because we were made aware of the high volume ring factor prior to purchase within the reviews available online.
