Kershaw Ember 3560 Pocket Knife - Grey

About this product

Product Information

The Kershaw Ember Assisted Knife is a pocket tool that can cut through a variety of materials. If you need a pocketknife that’s sleek, lightweight, and compact, this accessory can be a good choice. This product can be used in many situations because it has a convenient, easy to fold design. Whenever you need to slice, dice, or cut something, the knife can be unfolded rapidly. Using this accessory can never be a hassle since it has a contoured shape that provides easy handling. If you use the knife to cut or slice through rough material, the blade won’t stick thanks to the special carbo-nitride coating. The Kershaw Ember 3560 can be a very safe knife and can be ideal for hunters and fishermen. Each time this knife is unfolded, the SpeedSafe opening feature can help prevent accidents. While in a wilderness setting, Kershaw Cryo Ember Assisted Knives can help you blend into the surroundings. These knives are a matte gray in color, so you can use them confidently as you hunt animals in a forest environment knowing they won't show and give you away. The handle on each pocketknife has multiple ridges along the bottom. These jagged edges can increase stability during intense hunting or fighting situations. The blade connected to the handle is strategically secured in order to prevent it from wobbling or moving. Along the lower portion of the handle, two strong connectors hold the blade firmly in place. Another bigger bolt is found near the top of the handle, which connects to control the knife’s folding feature. The blade isn’t completely gray; the gray coating stops along the bottom of the steel. This lower portion of the knife is very sharp since the edge is made of out stainless steel. Transporting this tactical accessory can be easy because a clip is mounted on the back of the handle. The Kershaw logo is printed on this clip and on the top of the blade. After opening this Kershaw pocketknife, you can find new ways to take advantage of the unique design specifications. For example, while cutting through thick carpeting, you can use less energy by gliding the pocketknife all the way to the floor. This pocketknife blade is 2.0 inches long while it’s opened, which is an ideal measurement for many complex cuts. When a cut has to be performed at an angle, the product’s flipper frame lock can be used. The locking mechanism can keep the pocketknife sturdy while you make each cut. When you’re done using this pocketknife, it may not take up a lot of space either. While the Kershaw pocketknife is folded in your pocket, it’s only 2.8 inches long. If you need folding knives with a safe opening feature, the Kershaw Ember Assisted 3560 can be worth considering. These close cutting knives can be used in the harshest conditions because the stainless steel material is heat treated. Treated steel can perform well in hot and cold environments and doesn’t weaken over time. The well constructed handle has the same carbo-nitride material that’s found on the blade. These features can make the Kershaw Knives ideal products for anyone who needs strong, efficient, reliable hunting tools.

    Klein aber Fein

I'm a casual collector of pocket folders, and always rotate four or five for EDC; Kershaws, CRKT, Boker, Buck - more Kershaws than anything else. My preferred size is 4" closed or just under, but the Ember is significantly smaller - 2.8". I've read reviews that denigrate it for this reason alone, but I don't see why; a 2" blade is plenty useful for most any everyday task, and this knife is both stout and easy to grip. Very comfortable to carry, perfect for cleaning trout. It has in fact replaced my fixed blade Bird & Trout. Look past the size, this is a good, handy knife.

Another great Kershaw Speed Safe knife

Couldn't give it four stars for "better than expected" because its exactly what I expected. I have a half dozen Kershaws with Speed Safe assisted opening. I find their system to be the best, and this one performs exactly as smooth and fast as my others. Smaller than others so you lose a little grip leverage when flipping open, which means you need to squeeze the grip a little tighter when applying thumb force to the flipper.

  • Kershaw 3560X Ember Folding Knife Clam

One of the nicest small EDC Folders I own! Kershaw, If you make more models available at this size and price range and I'm in! I have many Kershaw folders that I carry daily, but this little folder is terriffic. It lacks a lanyard hole, which would help in handling. But still feels great in your hand! Thanks for making quality knifes at decent prices!

  • Great little knife!

Knife is of typical Kershaw quality... EXCELLENT! Blade is super sharp from the box and the the auto mechanism was stiff at first, but is breaking in over time. The pocket clip is super tight, so be careful. If you just try to shove it in, you may actually rip a pocket.

  • Outstanding product in a line of quality products!

I’ve carried Kershaw pocket knives for more than 25 years. They are high quality, carry a very sharp and durable edge and the open assist brings an efficient and welcome feature. Love Kershaw knives!

  • Smaller than expected

I got this for my husband because he had one like it but the the clip broke. I received it rather quick. When I opened it, it was small but my husband loved it. Takes up less space in his pocket and looks brand new and is sharp. Thanks

  • Perfect Size for EDC

Most "pocket knifes" seemed really too big for me for comfortable carry, then I discovered the Kershaw Ember. Perfect size for my liking with Kershaw's Speed Safe feature. Titanium body and blade that comes super sharp.

  • Like the knife... but

Although I like the knife, it does lack in some aspects of quality control. The blade is not centered, loosened screws and attempted to correct the problem to no avail. The spring assist did not function well, but with a little adjustment of the tension screw it works fine. It's a little difficult to close (lock bar). Overall, I like the knife. Can't say "what do you expect for 20 bucks" because I have other Kershaw's that cost $20 and they are flawless. So if perfection is "a must" for you, you might want to pass on this knife.

  • Kershaw Ember sub-compact flipper knife

I love this folding knife. This is not my first Kershaw knife, nor is it my first flipper knife. I am usually looking for small, EDC convenience in a genuine working man's knife. The Ember is rugged enough, small enough, and convenient enough to carry in the watch pocket of my jeans! It took me about half an hour to get the hang of the flipper action. Once you learn how to position your hand, the knife flies open and clicks tight. It was worth the extra effort. It's easy one-hand open once you get a feel for it and it's a heavy, solid, tool.

  • Great Knife

I had a 4" Kershaw and somehow lost it. I always carry a pocket knife. After loosing my Kershaw I was determined to get another. I first ordered a 4" Kershaw and realized it was too big. I ordered the 2" Kershaw and it is perfect. It fits nicely in pocket, just the right weight. The construction of the knife is top notch and it keeps it's edge. Wonderful buy!!!
