great for amy winehouse wanna be's
this is a very black eyeliner and does not smudge. i have oily skin and I'm a dark toned African american woman. most black eyeliners do not look extremely bold on my skin, but this one is VERY BLACK BOLD. it glides on like cold clay but dries quickly and locks in place like a finished clay product. Highly recommend this eyeliner!
I've tried a lot of eyeliners, and this is one of the best! I swear by it. If you are looking for a waterproof, long-lasting eyeliner, this is it. It is a gel liner, so it stays on very well, but without the hassle of the pot and brush gel liners. Being that it comes in pen form, you get the long-wear of a gel liner, but with the accurate and easy application of a pen/liquid liner. Expired old dry product
It was all dried out.. when trying to apply it would not glide on as it should have.. it was old and instead of gliding on it had globs that would fall off onto to my face and clothes
