I have used the brining method to cook a turkey for Thanksgiving for many years. I've used various brine kits over the years, even making my own brine. This product comes with a large, ziplock type of bag which is awesome. This product is easy to use. It gives the turkey a wonderful taste and makes the turkey so moist.
