Handy Smart Outlets
I now have five scattered around my home, and love them. They can be voice controlled with either Siri or Alexa, the app, and you can program events for automatic on/off scenarios. Mine control lights which aren't activated by a wall switch, and it is wonderful to be able to just say "lamp on" from anywhere and have my living room lamp turn on. If I'm away from home, I can check the app to see what is on or off, and light up my place before I even get home. Or I can set it up for lights to go on and off, as if someone is home while I'm away - unlike mechanical timers, I can have different programs set up for different days. These are compact enough that they won't block the other outlet, and if you wish to go wild, you can put two in one outlet (to separately control a lamp and a fan, for example) without a problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

You need apple products to make this unit connect and work correctly. Tried android first several times with no success. iPhone setup worked first try. Then I could use my android phone. Stop unwanted garage door openings by neighbors.

Challenging to install and pair up on android. Most users likely will assume the product does not work.

It's okay

Always Looking for Signal
