I have had plantar fasciitis since march and I have tried everything from shoes, exercises, shots, insole and nothing has helped specially when I wear almost flat shoes.. I found this suggestion for KT on one of people comments and figured one more try it won't hurt! And I tried them....they are such great support to my feet and take away so much of the pain that I am able to wear a low heel shoe for a whole day with minimum discomfort! I highly recommend it for anyone that suffer from this pain in the foot problem!!!
