I think it's OK for those who say bad things about Equal & Splenda..however..I much prefer to stick with Splenda. Liquid Stevia leaves an after taste that's sorta like a Chemical taste.. Great Stevia taste!
I used to use only Trader Joes powder stevia (small bottle without the additives), and then had tried the liquid which made more sense for some iced drinks. Was out and saw SweetLeaf on sale at Sprouts so tried it and I think I might like it better than the Trader Joe's liquid. There really is a different taste between the Stevia's. The powder should not have all the added ingredients that the average grocery store kind has. This is a convenient way to use this Stevia sweetener. Unfortunately, I have to use a lot, because it’s not sweet enough for me. I’m sure it would be fine for many. I just haven’t been able to find anything that I can use one to two drops of. I always end up using 10 to 15 to 20 depending on what I’m trying to sweeten.
