Works Great, hard on your body
I used this item to loosen powder coating on wheels. It worked great. DO NOT breathe it in or get it on your skin. I had a sinus headache for 3 days. I'm sure I removed years from my life. If you spray it on and let it sit for 2 minutes you can wipe powder coating off but it will burn your skin. I used two different kinds of gloves and it still burned me through them. If you wait 10 minutes it won't burn you but it won't work as well. I used a little over 2 cans per wheel.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Loctite Gasket Remover is extremely effective!
This product works extremely well at removing RTV silicon and baked on hard cork gasket material as well as other types of materials found in automotive sealing applications. I personally use it on transmission pans when I am changing tranny fluid and filters. Using this product not only is faster than scraping but you do not risk gouging the soft aluminum sealing rails on the tranny pan or tranny causing a possible leak path.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
