Great update to Norelco Vacuum beard trimmer
Had the older model if this beard trimmer and it was time to upgrade. Glad Norelco had a great redesign waiting for me. Sleeker in shape, fits well in my hand, more choices for a shorter beard length, quieter motor, ability to charge and use at the same time and a longer lasting battery have come together to make for a great product. Only downsides are that it takes getting used to taking the blade and hair comb off for cleaning and the process of cleaning the beard trimming well. Excellent Beard Trimmer
I had the old version until it broke. After reading some reviews I went ahead an purchased this. Saved some money off EBAY instead of the retail stores. I have had it several months now and it works great. Very easy to adjust the settings and get a very close shave. It doesn't collect all the hairs with the vaccum but does a good job. Does what it is supposed to and very well
I used as soon as it arrived and I must say I am impressed with the quality of the blade and its close shave as well as how soft the blades are on the skin compared with my Wahls (currently in use) and the Remington before. Just as important, the vacuum system actually works incredibly well. In fact, I did not notice any hairs on the floor -- it is safe to say that the vacuum system catches 95% of the hair (I shaved my head). The only "cons" are the shape is not very good for the chin/goatee and the manual is limited and you have to figure some things on your own.
