Simple, but a real difference maker.
I have recently been diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in my neck and have daily been in pain for several months. I began using a rolled up towel under my neck to sleep and that was helpful, but nothing like this. Admittedly, I am doing a number of things to address my arthritis including supplements, exercises, chiropractic care, etc., but feel that this pillow is an integral part of my routine. Good for sleeping & in a recliner chair

A little too firm
