A Good Alternative to Coffee Shop Chai Tea
When I first tried Chai Tea Latte at Starbucks and Panera Bread, I wanted to be able to get that great taste at home. This mix is the best example I have found. It captures the slightly tart, clove-y taste of chai tea with the dairy taste of the latte version. It's the next best thing to going out and paying $4 for just one cup, so it's a better value and it's faster! Try it with a little soy milk in the hot water to enhance the latte flavor.
