You have not experienced life to the fullest until you use this product. It absolutely makes your grilled/cooked meats very tender. I am strictly a charcoal user now. It is in fact a match made in heaven. I have used this for years. Apply, and then add whatever other seasonings you may like, then right away put your meats on the grill. Why ruin a 20 dollar steak with flavored tenderizer, used a neutral tenderizer.
Adolph's has no msg, the super salt derivative that is used to preserve buffet food at restaurants....not good stuff. It is very close to neutral in flavor which let you flavor your meats.
