A very handy, well built gadget!
Light, sturdy,rigid. For my intended use, as a camera mount atop an equatorial star tracker (the superb Fornax Lightrack), this works exceedingly well! The rotating base allows RA adjustment, the first conical hinge give me declination. Once pointed at the desired patch of sky, the 2nd cone allows nearly complete rotation of the camera's FOV. This is far more flexible and convenient than using a ball head, which very often limits the camera's rotational aspect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
