Seems to work better than tablets / pills
The spray seems to work much better than taking a tablet / pill of melatonin. I just use pump of the spray under my tongue, wait about 1 minute, and then go to sleep. My sleep is noticeably much better than when using other melatonin supplements. However, I do wake up a bit groggy and wanting to go back to sleep.
