I've been a fan of BC for some time and enjoyed all of the albums to date, though this is by far the heaviest release yet, due to the guest vocals on some tracks. This album, Barring the very first album, that I just kept on a loop until I nearly melted my audio equipment! Is the best yet. Though I don't always agree with the viewpoints expressed in their music (mainly the parts that come across as mysogenistic) the fact is that Ice T is an artist with something to say and I can respect his uncompromising approach. Stand out tracks for me on this album, The ski mask way (took a few listens to really get into); All love is lost with great contrast between the vocal styles that works really well. Raining in blood, possibly even heavier than the original by Slayer, the very dark tracks walk with me and here I go again and the title track Bloodlust are all good solid trakcs too.Read full review

As per title, this is a good (very good) album IF you like Body Count, and/or similar material and have an open mind - graphic/potentially contreversial lyrics. Probably the best sounding/production of all the B.C albums.

Great album. Boyfriend loved it as his Christmas present. Hasn't left his car stereo since then.
