Think of this as a rubber paint
This is a relatively thin rubber coating, used by myself to repair a leak in my RV roof. I cleaned off the area and put on two reasonably thick coats.
The original repair had been completed with what looked like bath sealant, which had pealed and let water in. From what I can tell at this stage the Hengs product is more able to bond to the fabric roof and is thin enough to not peel off. It's only been a month but so far so good.
Just be careful to go over it once, then wait. It starts to cure quickly and will ripple of you go back over it after just a few minutes.
