My favorite kitchen appliance
I have tried every “foolproof” method on the internet for poaching eggs and this is the only way that really is foolproof. Eggs come out perfectly cooked every time. Also it’s the easiest, best way to hard cook eggs. You may need to experiment with timing and amount of water. For hard cooked eggs, I need to leave them in the egg cooker for about five minutes after it cuts off. From reading other reviews, that would not apply to all egg cookers.
