Celebrated for its withering wit and complex medical mysteries, HOUSE stars Hugh Laurie (BLACKADDER) as a moody, wise-cracking diagnostician with a predilection for painkillers and impossible cases. Having just lost his trio of long-suffering assistants, Dr. House begins season four on his own, and is reluctant to consider new hires.     Compelling viewing, very entertaining

    Great series, and Hugh Grant is amazing as the sardonic, maverick yet brilliant Greg House - totally convincing and compelling viewing. I thought, having watched seasons 1-3, the stories might begin to pall in season four, but not so. Looking forward to watching season five (and probably seasons six, seven and eight as well.....)
