Happy I bought it
I gave this 5 stars because it does exactly what I bought it for....making corn bread!!! It also does omelets as well as pocket sandwiches, but like I said I bought it for cornbread!! YUM. Okay, is it compact I said yes, because it is, Is it easy to operate, couldn't be simpler - caveat, mine the lid doesn't quite want to stand open on it's own when I'm filling the pockets - my mom's (which is why I bought mine) does...so mileage may vary... Is it easy to clean? Yep, wipe with a damp wash wrag and it's clean. Want to be extra sure. I use a little vinegar on a napkin after I've wiped it with a wash rag.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
